Parade of Homes

Curb appeal is everything. We’ve located the garage at the back of the home which offers low maintenance and a hub for family, and friends. This home introduces the revival of the Arts and Crafts style of architecture, and represents a way of life that is rooted in harmony and simplicity of design. Our homes are characterized by the hard work, dedication and partnership of our staff and subcontractors. See Mercerconstruction.net for a special appreciation to our subcontractors and suppliers.

Paula Mercer Butterworth is president and owner of Mercer Construction, Inc. She continues her 9+ years with T.R. Masterson Construction as General Manager. This native Tri-Citian’s passion for excellence began early. “My dad gave me drive and unwavering courage, my mom bestowed to me sheer persistence and integrity, and my grandmother imparted the passion for self-improvement and respect of others.” These very influential people in her life are gone, but their principles remain as Paula’s driving force. Today, her three brothers, Chris, Larry, and Scott Mercer share with her those same core values, and together these siblings build unity and strength. Paula believes her ethics and long-term commitment to the Tri-Cities community provides a lasting benefit to each homeowner. Paula Mercer Butterworth Main Floor
