Jeff Frasier, owner of JS Frasier Construction, started his home building career in Vancouver, WA and has been building in the Tri-Cities for the past 2 years. The Tamarack is a 2,200 square foot single story craft home nestled in a quiet park-like setting. Having 10-foot ceilings throughout gives this home a large open feel. Gourmet kitchens complete with raised bar island, slab granite counter, oversized utility, and custom trim packages are just a few of the extras this home has to offer. Jeff feels very fortunate to have the opportunity to build in the Tri- Cities and has always believed that to build a successful home it takes a great team.
